I'm not a coach or therapist and this is not a therapy session... it's a conversation between two women where kindness, compassion and the wisdom of life lived are shared freely.

Drawing upon my own life and transpersonal experiences, a decade of space holding, books that have inspired and practices that have supported me, a colourful network of connections and anything else that intuitively arises, the intention of offering these hour-long sessions is to bring light, inspiration and a wider perspective to each woman I connect with. ​​

Where a more specific skillset might be required to support your unique unfolding, I provide introductions to a circle of highly skilled and integral female practitioners of varying focus who also offer their services online.
